Palisade Plunge Shuttle

One way shuttle to Mesa Top and ShirtTail Point Trailheads or early season Wild Rose Picnic area. We only offer the early shuttle during the summer months.

We depart from downtown Palisade in 13-passenger vans. In early season we head up lands end road for the wild rose dropoff point, in the summer season we head up the highway to Mesa Top Trailhead, then continue to Shirttail Point Trailhead.

We will provide you with current trail conditions and riding etiquette on the drive up. We use Huckwagon Shuttle Trailers, the best trailers there are to treat your bike properly.

Trailhead Information

Wild Rose – 70 Minute Drive This is the early season trailhead to access the plunge. Riders will be dropped at the campground then ride 2 miles of dirt road to reach the trail. You will ride 17 miles of the Plunge into town.

Mesa Top – 70 Minute Drive The highest trailhead of the plunge, complete the full 33 miles to town.

Shirttail Point – 90 Minute Drive Offered for those who would like to shorten the full ride by cutting out the first 12 miles of single track on the mesa. Shirttail is where the plunge see its first significant descent.
